Here at Dreamtime I am working with future sporting stars to help bring about change to enable them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Hypnosis in sport was something that was unheard of some years ago in mainstream training, (even though the Russians took 11 hypnotists to the 1956 Melbourne Olympics) but is now considered an important tool in a competitors arsenal. As the 2012 Olympics draw closer it will increase awareness of how these psychological techniques are being used by some of the top stars in the world of sport.
