When you come to me to quit smoking I will show you the most powerful techniques available to ensure you get the best chance to quit you will ever receive. I have a range of techniques to create a unique treatment session for you.
You will leave the session with the skills you need to
remain a non-smoker. However, just in case you need a little boost during any challenging moments in the weeks following, I also include telephone support and a helpful self-hypnosis CD.
Don't think that a few magic words will provide you with the answer, if it was that easy you would have done it already. The CBH approach is based on the concept of client collaboration which is a very important factor to the success of the treatment.
