In any form of therapy the alliance between the client and the therapist is key to a successful outcome. With this in mind, I offer a free consultation to allow you the opportunity to discuss any issues before committing to any therapy.


The number of sessions depends on you, but in most cases 2-5 visits is all it takes. I am also available for evening and week end sessions for the same fee. Each session will last for 50mins.
